الأزمة السياسية العراقية في الإعلام الإلكتروني صحيفة إيلاف الالكترونية وبوابة البوابة الالكترونية -أنموذجاً-

يلعب الإعلام بوسائله المختلفة دوره المعتاد في تغطية الأحداث اليومية في ظل الظروف العادية من حيث الإخبار والتثقيف والترفيه حيث تسعى وسائل الاعلام إلى نقل الحقائق والأخبار من كل مكان. أما عند وقوع الازمات فأن وسائل الإعلام تصبح المصدر الرئيس للرأي العام لاستقصاء المعلومات.

على الرغم من الاهتمام المتزايد لدراسة مختلف جوانب الأزمات وعلاقتها بوسائل الإعلام، إلا ان الاهتمام بدور الاعلام الالكتروني بهذا المجال في الدراسات العربية ما يزال محدوداً للغاية على الرغم من ان الإعلام الإلكتروني يتميز بسمات خاصة تجعله قادراً على جذب الجمهور.

لذا تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة الدور الذي يقوم به الإعلام الإلكتروني بتوجهاته المختلفة السياسية والفكرية _ في ادارة الأزمات، وكيفية التعامل معها.

وبغية الإجابة عن هذه الأسئلة، وغيرها قامت الباحثة بدراسة مقارنة بين ما نشرته صحيفة ايلاف الإلكترونية وبوابة البوابة عن الأزمة السياسية في العراق.

Abstract

Mass media has a regular role in the coverage of daily news. In normal circumstances mass media communicates information everywhere through delivering news, entertainment and education. Bnt in times of crises that interests the public opinion, mass media become main source for the people in local, regional and global levels.

Though there is increasing interest in studying the relation between the various aspects of crises and mass media, it is noticed that the Arabic studies are limited in the field of electronic media. Though it has special features that enables it to attract more of people's attention, alter the content of communication, direct the methods of working for journalists, and provide new conception of the relation between media and its audience.

The aim of this study is to know the role of electronic media regarding its political and intellectual orientation in managing crises and in dealing with them.

The researcher makes comparison between Elaf electronic newspaper and Bawaba portal regarding the material that both had published about the Iraqi political crisis.
